First and Furthest, last printed in 1997, has been re-released by RCA with an upgraded cover and improved paper quality. Jack Riddell, a WW2 Catalina Flight Engineer relates first-hand accounts of missions flown and describes life on South Pacific air bases. The book includes numerousblack and white photos from this period and includes a preface by Group Captain Sir Richard Kingsland AO CBE DFC.
